SAR image recognition is a hot research field of image interpretation. Based on the analysis of SAR image target recognition of the world's progress and status of our military objectives on the basis of interpretation in order to model library based on theory, on the SAR image target Model Bank made a preliminary exploration. And in Visual Studio 2005 development platform, designed and implemented a SAR image target model base management system to achieve the target model of SAR images to add, modify, delete, and query management operations, for the SAR image target detection and automatic identification laid a certain basis.
