160 Composite Tracking in Bistatic High Frequency Radar Based on Doppler-NJPDA Algorithm

Though a Bistatic High Frequency Surface Wave Radar is established to cover the shortage of the monostatic radar, how to judge the real target update from the plausible measurements to update tracks quickly and accurately still remains a challenging problem. A novel method utilizing the Doppler information as an important supplication of Neural network Joint Probability Algorithm (NJPDA) for composite tracking is proposed in this paper, which is called Doppler-NJPDA algorithm. More accu-rate information for High Frequency Radar is adopted and the problem of low detection precision is avoided. The feasibility and validity of the provided method is demonstrated by the experimental data.
