According to the delay characteristics of ground-to-air channel and the actual characteristics of the ground-to-air communication, a low elevation ground-to-air frequency selective channel model is established based on the assumption of WSSUS. Taking into account the asymmetric of the Doppler spectrum of ground-to-air channel, in order to improve the model's randomness and fidelity, the zero-mean complex Gaussian process of all scattering component of single distinguished delay is described without the suppose of non-correlative of two real-Gauss random process which compose complex-Gauss random process. The model is simulated by using COST207 channel model specifications and MEDS method.
