Credibility evaluation process is a process in which the credibility values of each index are integrated, and total credibility value of simulation system is evaluated based on its evaluation indexes. Because of different methods used in VV&A process, VV&A results may be quantitative or qualitative. Conversion and integration of qualitative results into quantitative should reflect the uncertainty between them, randomness and fuzziness especially. The qualitative and quantitative integration method proposed can evaluate the simulation credibility by converting quantitative and qualitative VV&A results to cloud models, establishing weight cloud model, intergrading all cloud models and so on. At last, feasibility of the two methods is proved by some examples.
