With the rapid development of multimedia and relevant technology and continuously deep reform at education and teaching, multimedia teaching has been increasingly applied and has become one of important indicators to measure a university's teaching level. So it is important to evaluate university's multimedia teaching and furtherly give full play to the teaching resource superiority. The text establishes evaluation index system, composed of such four broad headings as teaching condition, teaching process support, teaching resource construction and teachers and their technology. On the basis of Delphi, analytic hierarchy process, grey incidence degree and fuzzy system theory, a grey synthetical evaluation model is put forward to quantitatively assess university's multimedia teaching. The study shows it is feasible and effective to evaluate university's multimedia teaching with the grey synthetical evaluation model by researching and calculating.
