95 Monitoring and Assessment of Campus Network Performance

The study on network performance and its monitoring system is an imporlant issue in network management. From Ihe demand analysis of management and monitoring of network performance, the paper aims at analyzing the monitoring of the main indexes of switches, routers and the server systems of the campus network by the monitoring system of network performance, including delay, packet loss rate, bandwidth, throughput, utilization rate, and CPU load, disk (volume) space. Meanwhile, with those data, campus network performance is analyzed and assessed in different aspects to solve some problems concerning campus network performance in practice.
