According to the common problem of extensive management and low energy efficiency of heating boiler, a relatively independent supervision system is established which is based on the existing status of equipment and personnel quality, and uses the performance evaluation model which based on the mechanism modeling , WinCC + SQLserver2005 and INTERNET + OPC technology networks. It aims to realize the dynamic management of the performance target optimal value, and to finish operation supervision, quantitative comparison and training guidance function in a varying degree. It also provides a convenient network way for the manager to control the production process. It is proved that different teams not only can roll to excellence, but also can narrow the dispersion for each other. The system provides a strong technical support for improving energy efficiency of the whole production process.
