Research of deformation in NC Machining was committed on largely integrated structure part. NC Machining process is affected by a wide range of parameters. Based on the elastic and plastic theory, Three-dimension milling Finite Element Method model is established in this thesis, which can be used in the machining deformation field analysis. This model simulates the process of material cutting off, which uses the technology of element die and birth. The machining deformation law is researched resulted by the release of residual stress in NC process. The typical machining experiment is designed. Through contrast the simulation data and experiment data, this model can report the machining deformation, which does benefit in making the NC technology.
