Hydraulic system has been used very widely in the performing arts equipment, through the hydraulic system, we can realize many functions of performing arts equipment, such as lifting and rotation, which makes the effect of the performance even better, but the performing arts equipment is relatively huge, faulty, and it is not easy for us to check out the fault location quickly, this makes the efficiency of eliminating the hydraulic system low. Based on solving this problems, the project designs a simulation of speed control loop of the hydraulic system, it can collect, analyze, monitor the pressure and flow in the hydraulic system, it achieves the remote monitoring and real-time alerting, thus it reduces the artificial workload and it ensures the accuracy of the data, so it can estimates and locks the position of fault more quickly, and then improves the work efficiency, removes the fault in time and more importantly, it avoids the happening of personal accidents.
