Plate-fin heat exchangers are used widely in many industrial areas because of good performance. But heat exchangers are subject to interferences from various factors in the course of their work, and coupled with complex heat transfer process, which makes it difficult to obtain good control quality. Therefore accurate mathematic control is proposed on the basis of the traditional control methods, its core technology is the inverse problem algorithm. The good control effects are obtained through the experiments of two-stream plate-fin heat exchangers, which proved that accurate mathematic control really is a new type of high efficient control method, because it can achieve high-quality control efficient.
