The paper introduces the basic design theory of Chebyshev equal ripple wave filter, describes the optical design methods of digital filter, stimulates the designed digital filter using the FDA tool in MATLAB toolboxes, analyzes the stimulating results further, and gives out the implementing assembly software based on digital signal processor TMS320C5509, and finally the realization of this algorithm in digital signal processor is finished.
