The relations of the effective index and the normalized frequency with an index and temperature have researched as filling methanol for photonics crystal fiber (PCF) of the hexagon structure. The theoretical model of the photonics crystal of total internal reflection has studied in plane wave expansion method. The results of the total internal reflection (TIR) PCF temperature characteristic have obtained in filling the liquid material of high refractive index temperature coefficient.
