The advantage of C-commerce in the development of ecological industrial is analyzed based on expounding the connotation of Collaboration commerce (C-commerce), which includes economic benefit, resource configure, information share, and so on. The Construction of ecological industrial system is discussed from three aspects: network management of ecological enterprise, C-commerce system of ecological industry, regional collaboration support system.
