This paper briefly describes the creative design method of matador exercise vehicle, analyzes the mechanism's construction to be a six-bar mechanism which comprises Assur link group-3. Sets up the math model based on Assur link group, and uses Newton-Raphson method to solve the Assur group-3 PR-RR-RR, then finish the modular programming, gets the key points kinematics information and do simulation, the simulation verified that the matador exercise vehicle is a new type exercising equipment which combine the whole body exercising and entertainment, and deserves the market exploitation.
