This paper discusses dynamic alliance logistics system modeling and simulation. It combines with the idea of agile dynamic alliance's development and the organization management, uses the theory and technology of logistics in the modern age, discusses supply chain agile way, proposes the agile dynamic alliance's management strategy of supply chain, researches the dynamic plan model that supports the agile supply chain of dynamic alliance, and simulates the result of the plan.
