The metro station system can be described as a hybrid dynamical system combined with discrete parts and continuous parts; it has characteristics like synchronization, parallel, resources sharing, and ability limit and so on. And hybrid Petri net is one of the most suitable tools for hybrid dynamical system modeling. This paper established a hybrid Petri net-based model for metro station gathering and distributing, and then took a real metro station for example and used Matlab to realize the simulation of the hybrid Petri net model, and obtaining the capacity utilization of each facility and the bottleneck facilities of the station.
