Because of the heterogeneous disorder, the diversification, different standards, difficult exchange and share, the lack of semantic structures, disability of machine handling of massive network learning resources, this paper presents a LRM(Learning Resources Management) based on the domain ontology. Through the mapping relationship between the technical description about the metadata of semantic object by the Semantic Web and the establishment of relevant knowledge libraries, learning object repository, the formation of knowledge points, learning objects and teaching resources, LRM can provide semantic level supports for associated knowledge points and a LRM system that supports the knowledge management and efficient semantic retrieval...
