Ubiquitous computing is a term used for sensing, communication and computing. Nowadays, ubiquitous (pervasive) computing technologies are getting more and more popular and are slowly penetrating in the field of sports. This research work is a mere effort for automated decision making during sports of most common interest leveraging ubiquitous computing. In this paper, we have proposed a ubiquitous computing based system that helps referees or umpires of different games in making justice on a field ground and taking good and accurate decisions. A positioning system is used for locating the objects moving in the field. Primarily cricket has been...
