Most of the practical filtering software implements their filtering functions by intercepting and analyzing text information on Web pages. However, these filtering techniques can not monitor unhealthy multimedia information transmitted on the network. Owing to the deficiencies existing in filtering system, this paper puts forward a filtering system model based on content- distributed multimedia stream. The system adopts a technique that a content recognition works with packet filtering matching rules in parallel to set up a real-time filtering system. Meanwhile, the compensation Agent of the system ensures the integrity of multimedia stream files while shielding unhealthy information.
