Case-based learning (CBL) is an approach which emphasizes on learners participation in an active way and aim to cultivate the students' skills of analyzing and solving problems. This paper address issues in the implementation of CBL in teacher education, including the theoretical background of CBL, and why and how to apply its strategies in teacher education. The paper also briefly describes technical tools involved in CBL and teacher education, and related researches and projects.
