Handover occupies an important place in the wireless mobile communication system, and it is easy to result in information disclosure by attack of the third party. So it puts forward some security requirements to the data of the communication system. Based on the recently released standard by 3GPP, the distribution of keys and algorithms during Handover in LTE were studied, and had a particularly design scheme by a reasonable refresh key to the system of LTE. The design is simple and can ensure the security of user data during handover. It has high reference value.
