Concept lattice has a strong ability in constructing the structure of ontology, and ontology is gradually applied to data integration of multiple data sources to eliminate the semantic heterogeneous. So, this paper gives a new method to process semantic heterogeneous database, which needs to establish local ontology for each data source .What is more, the measures, in the paper ,are used to constructing global ontology, which is based on all the local ontology. At the same time, the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the research is proved.
