This paper introduces the basic concept and function of SAI, elaborating the design and application of applying SAI to X3D dynamic scene, and illustrating the interactive process of virtual scenes combining X3D and JAVA. The strong JAVA network communication and logic control can enhance the interaction of virtual scene and construct a strong virtual dynamic scene. The application result indicated that the X3D virtual scene through the interactive of SAI and Java is an effective interactive method alternately.
