131 Design and Realization of the Henan Highway Maintenance Management and Supervision System Based on GIS

In order to strengthen the management of highway maintenance, improving the quality of highway maintenance, and offering effective supervision and examination of administration departments, based on GIS, this paper solved the management of data visualization, achieved the analysis and processing of road surface indicator data, and development and optimization of maintenance program, production of road special picture which started from the road maintenance needs. It will provide decision-making information timely and accurately for conservation and management departments at all levels, and provide better serve to public.
