With aging situation becoming increasingly serious, home care as a new pension mode in China is being gradually carried out. Based on the data of north China electric power university's investigation and analysis in China, The research describes the basic demand situation of elderly home care, using logit models to analyze the influence of elderly home care demand factors, including personal basic characteristics, family, social and economic characteristics.
