116 Analysis and Design of Online Bookstore Based on J2EE

Online shopping has become a very important part of electronic commerce. Based on this situation, the author designs a system of online bookstore. It has adopted J2EE structure and created a database platform based on SQL Server 2005 with Tomcat6.0 acting as Web server. During this process, we use JSP/Servlet technology as the main development tool. The system has various and complete functions as follows: helping the clients to register; managing the shopping cart; managing the orders; managing the goods; supporting the online payment etc. Besides, the online bookstore system operates in a steady and orderly way. It is very safe and convenient for our customers with colorful functions. Without doubt, it can serve as a nice model for some medium-and-small sized e-commerce websites.
