The problem of test paper generation is one problem based on the optimization of multi-objective parameters. This paper first introduces the application of three intelligent algorithms, such as traditional genetic algorithm, adaptive genetic algorithm as well as ant colony genetic algorithm, and then comparatively analyzes the respective advantages and disadvantages of them when it comes to solving the problems of auto-generating test paper. According to the experiment concerned, it turns out that the results of auto-generating test paper are closer to the optimization with the effective improvement of the traditional and simple genetic algorithm.
