By data sampling and statistical analysis of results, experiment design provides an effective way for flight performance analysis of flight vehicle by a variety of errors and disturbances. Combining the experiment design methods and simulation methods, the paper introduced the application of experiment design methods in flight simulation system. It could reduce the cost of calculation, meanwhile achieve flight envelope and implement the assessment of flight performance.
