The water temperature's control of constant temperature waterbath heating technology has nonlinear and large delay and large inertia uncertainty, such as conventional PID control algorithm is difficult to achieve high quality control effect. While using intelligent control of fuzzy neural network for temperature control can effectively solve this difficult problem and achieve satisfied control effect. Through optimizing the key algorithms, the computational speed is improved and the real-time is strengthened. The result shows that control of constant temperature water-bath heating technology can comprehensively improve system dynamic and static performance effectively solved the constant temperature water-bath heater large delay and difficulty of modeling.
