For the fact that present inherent safety management theory ignore the coupling interaction in and between the system elements, offered a aviation equipment inherent safety management model which based on risk coupling theory. The theory of risk coupling and aviation accident essence causation were analyzed, and the aircraft inherent safety management chart model based on coupling theory was set up, emphasized that the improvement of system macroscopical safety consist of the inherent safety of system elements and the effective management and control of the coupling risk in and between the system elements. The system safety degree model and coupling risk degree calculational model were gained, which provide new method for improving the service safety of aviation equipment.
