Salt atmosphere will have a great important influence on the performance, efficiency and reliability for all kinds of equipment. In connection with the hard controlling problem of the fog sedimentation rate in salt atmosphere test chamber, we tried to establish dynamic behavior model of the change of salt fog sedimentation rate according to the law of conservation of mass, on basis of the analysis on the dynamic behavior of the controlled plant. We suggest a control strategy of salt fog sedimentation rate that combined the adjustment of solution flow rate and the adjustment of compress gas regulating valve. Also, we made a simulation study on the impact of the control. The simulation study showed that this control strategy can effectively guarantee and improve the control effect of sedimentation rate in salt atmosphere in the test chamber, and also ensured the reliability of the control.
