On data navigation, two popular methods are classification and keyword based respectively. Performance of the former is dependent on the well acceptance of the data classification, while the latter is dependent on keyword precision and user search skills. Both methods aim to focus user concentration on the required information, but none is satisfactory enough to date. In this paper, a method is proposed to enable data navigation based on semantic data correlations. Applying Linked Data technique, semantic correlations are represented in a machine-understandable and process-effective way, and visualized on user interface as navigation links. Methods are proposed on automatic link construction from relational database and data navigation based on link query. It is proved through analysis that this method is a good complement to traditional methods, which is finely suited to human association habit, and can provide data closely related to user concerned problem.
