The subscriber may choose a desired video among several hot videos by previewing the first few minutes of these videos. Broadcasting mechanism which allows subscribers to buffer all the previewed data could provide video on demand without latency. The increased capacity and affordable prices of hard disk or flash memory supply enough spaces needed to store such a large amount of data. In this work, we provide a zero-latency service for subscribers who buffered the previewed data for subscribers who buffered nothing of the desired video. Although preloading buffer and maximum waiting time increase slightly, the proposed method lower buffer requirement by 25% of whole video, compared with the previous methods.
