Based on VC + +6.0 platform and using OpenGL programming techniques, we use both measured and fitted results to development visualization simulation software of the kitchen pollutant dispersion. The simulation results show the concentration distribution of the entire kitchen trends, given the proposed installation, combined with detailed examples of simulation software to simulate pollutant dispersion in the kitchen of concentration distribution of the process, from which we can see that the software user-friendly, easy to understand operation process and can be analyzed and simulated in the kitchen as a pollutant control reference, but also can be used as the kitchen facilities in the design aids.
