Many researchers and students have been trained to use Nvivo to facilitate analyzing qualitative data. As a powerful tool, the value of Nvivo need to be recognized again. This paper reflects upon some potential of it by introducing the referent-cases of application in management and has interest in giving readers of the research report a better understanding Nvivo which can play broader role as valuable tool enhancements.
