The traditional DEA model can not distinguish or sort the effective decision-making units (DMU) according to their relative efficiency. The process of developing program with LINDO or MATLAB software is complicated. Based on super-efficiency DEA mode, DPS (Data Processing System) software was used to evaluate the technological innovation performance in metallurgical industrial enterprises and further sort them by their relative efficiency. The results show that the input-output performance in some enterprises should be improved. The evaluation results can be provided as a reliable reference for the enterprise managers to reasonably allocate the technological innovation resources and develop effective management measures for technological innovation.
