The problem with the existing data modeling techniques is high level of irrelevance in documents retrieved due to the difficulty of understanding human intensions. Our research aims to achieve higher level of relevant document retrieval compared to the existing methods. The difficulty of document retrieval process often stems from the complexity in recognizing a sentence in a given context because of polysemy words. In this paper we describe a noble approach to a data retrieval process based on HAC (Hierarchy of Attributes and Concepts) through which semantic hierarchy relationship can be analyzed for retrieval criteria. The primary aim of this search engine is to understand the human intensions by handling the polysemy words and to retrieve the most relevant results for the user based on identified intentions. The proposed approach is based on our belief that knowledge and information has to be organized in a manner that is intuitive to the user. Further, it is shown to be superior to other existing methods in that it shows high precision rate in retrieving the results.
