According to the ecological theories, the Caofeidian International eco-city establishes a set of the green technique systems which sustainably manages fresh water, energy, discards etc. and increases recycling and recovery efficiency. The system is an effective way to promote the city to be sustainable. In this text, the author introduces the city of stormwater collection systems in details and the functions of RMC (Resource Manage Center) briefly.
