The optimization design process of product shape is a complex system engineering determined by a variety of factors such as the function factor, the form factor and so on. The features of product shape are determined by the intersection effect of two factors. For optimization design of the different products, we should analyze the characteristics of the product shape trends, using an integrated multi-disciplinary cross-evaluation method which focuses on the application environment, the use factors, production factors and so on.
