Nowadays, team working is considered as a popular model to enhance the organization's flexibility and innovation. The roles of employee's are changes frequently, and the responsibilities have become blurred. So the creativity of employee is very important. In this paper we introduce the concept of transformational leadership, team climate for innovation and employee creativity into analytical framework. And then we explore assumptions about the levels of analysis embedded in the literature on employee creativity in organization. We propose a multi-level model of creativity, as its defining feature, examines the role team climate for innovation plays in the transformational leadership and employee creativity. Finally, it points out the insufficiency and the future research direction.
