Parametric design is a new design strategy based on digital technologies, now has become a vanguard of contemporary Avant-garde architecture as practice. This paper introduce the general meaning and characteristics of parametric design in the architectural design, and focus on how they interact and thus improve the efficiency of architecture design, and through the application in the pilot program, described the concrete manifestation of high-efficiency embodied in various stages of architectural design at length, thereby supporting the parametric design as a new wave of architectural design ideas in practice.
