This paper is about the mechanical analysis of the driving parts of piezoelectric vibration feeder. It analyzed the driving parts of piezoelectric vibration feeder making use of the ANSYS software, extracted the intrinsic frequency and stress analysis diagram and then calculated the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve. It studied the relationship between the resonance spring and system resonance frequency, identified the resonance frequency range of the vibratory hopper, and provided theory arguments for better automatic control.
