An innovative, non polluting hybrid rotary prime mover is proposed for automotive transportation and stationary power plants. This is speculated to be run by compressed air and electromagnetism powered by a stationary battery which is charged by SPVC (Solar Photo Voltaic Cell) and onboard wind turbines. The working principle of the engine and the energy balance are also presented. Future work and innovations are also envisaged.
