We present aero engine multidisciplinary collaborative design and simulation technology based on Product Master Model to solve the multidisciplinary coupling problem in the development process. This paper mainly studies the modeling technique of Product Master Model. The research proposes the generalized and special definition of Product Master Model and studies its logical organization, its included geometric and non-geometric information and its modeling approach based on feature. It then examines the methodology and process by which develop a modeling tool based on UG/OPEN API to construct the Product Master Mode of blisk. The case illustrates the validity and feasibility of the modeling technique finally.
