In this paper we explore the chaos synchronization in a coupled non-homogeneous oscillating system. This is characterized by the loss of exponential instability in the traverse direction through system interaction. Additionally, the dependence of the synchronization properties of the system with respect to the intensity of the coupling constant is examined and discussed.
