Fuzzy based air compressor sequencer is the smart Sequencer for managing compressors in energy efficient, process Optimum method, has lower maintenance cost and experience less wear. It matches the Compressed air supply with system demand. Individual compressor control along with proper sequencing is essential to efficient system operation and high performance. The smart sequencer decides intelligently the loading and unloading of individual air compressor, frequency of Variable speed drive (VSD). It also addresses the problem of maximum number of switch on and off air compressor in unit time for uniform wear.
