Knowledge is a core competitive resource in today's knowledge economy. It is important for the firm in supply chain to acquire knowledge in order to improve cooperation performance. Using the data collected from China Mobile Group, this study found that knowledge acquisition has a mediation effect between control mechanisms and cooperation performance.
