This paper mainly discusses a new Business English Translation teaching model—START Model. This teaching model is a concrete operational translation teaching method, which can not only develop the teachers' guide and organization, guide the students to think of the reasons of all kinds of translation, find out and conclude translating methods actively, sentiment and grasp the true essence of translation.
