Creating realistic Traffic Flow Simulation System (TFSS) is essential in development of a more realistic virtual driving environment. To achieve this, intelligent vehicle that is able to make maneuvering decision is the key factor. This paper focuses on the development of an intelligent car and it employs the integration of Hermite curve and dynamics of motion that creates car's maneuvering path. This integration will formulate a generic mathematical representation of the most maneuvering decision of a vehicle.
