Anti-slide pile, which can be classified mainly into two categories: normal anti-slide pile and anchorage pile, is the most popular way to treat landslides in China. Presently, in the treatment of landslide disaster, the design parameters of anti-slide pile are depended mainly on experience or hand trail calculation.
